Ms*** has never been a customer at our place of businessHer partner brought his car in for an oil change which we completedseveral months later she came in complaining about our workAfter a short conversation we found they tried to complete their own oil change outside on car ramps
During the process they damaged the oil filter and couldn't remove it, so they had their car towed to a local quick lube where the job was completedMs*** stood in our office and complained continuously for minutes, during her tirade I ask her three times what she wanted us to do and I never received an answerFinally realizing Ms*** just wanted to complain I gave her partner the money we charged him for his oil change and asked them to leave and not come backI also advised them to not perform repairs on their own, then blame others when they get in over their head! We have been in this location for years, we have a *** rating of stars out of stars and a 99%+ referral rating out of reviewsMs*** thought if poor schlubs like me work on vehicles, anybody can! When she found out even a simple oil change is really not that simple, of course it wasn't their fault, because as we all know, in today's society everything is somebody else's fault, personal responsibility is dead!
