Bob's Automotive SVC Of Sunrise, Inc.

I dropped of my Chrysler this morning to get n oil changeI have a body kit on the car so it is very low to the ground, I specifically told the service guy to make sure they were careful and backed in anywhere they couldSo I went back to pick up my car and what do I find?! My front bumper is scratched all overI told them that it is scratched and some worker came out looked and within seconds said he it wasn't his problem and he wasn't going to have it fixed(Basically claiming I am trying to get my bumper fixed for free) I just had my bumper painted in MarchI called the cops to come make a report and the cop said I can see the paint on the parking bumper but that didnt matter to themThey still will not helpAnd to top it all off they made me pay for this terrible experienceSo now they have lost a long time customerAnd for the $dollars it would of cost to fix my bumper they will loose out on thousands in potential repairsSee you in court!

I see Bob's Auto has a D rating from Revdex.com, and you list one closed complaint in the last three years Seems unduly harsh, if not irrational I've used Bob's for the last two decades It's rare to find auto mechanics who are both competent, honest, and reasonably priced Bob's is all three, and I base that on years of service for all our vehicles I would never hesitate to recommend them for any auto repair or service
