The receptionist was rude and ignored me when I arrived I walked around, got in and out of cars in the building, walked the lot, and back inside for over minutes The receptionist never called to have someone assist me, and I couldn't get her attention to ask her to help me I went to leave and a salesman did happen to cross my path David was kind and helpful despite me being upset My fiance and I visited again and they gave us a great deal We were assured they were getting our plates I checked the status multiple times over the last weeks Today I called again, and the receptionist is still completely useless I insisted on talking to someone after she told me they never send for license plates I finally reached someone that told me they submitted the paperwork weeks after we purchased the car and they verified receipt of the paperwork on February and were told plates will arrive in 4-more weeks I have left a message to find out what their plans are to provide me with a legal vehicle to drive after March when my plates expire I feel that they have completely pretended that things were handled when they clearly were not And we never received a survey to give them direct feedback Stephanie S*** and *** D***
