Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have NEVER been offered to replace the planksI have every text message from the ownerThis is the first time I have been given the "results" from the manufacturerThe scratches are more than a few planksThey are all overThe reason I bought the almost $floors was because I was tokd that they DO NOT scratch and last for over yearsI was told not to buy the cheaper product because this product had a guarantyThe floors were scratched before we put our furniture inIt scratched from the chairs, WITH pads on the bottom, being pushed inSo we were given wrong informationThese floors are HORRIBLE! They are nothing like what was advertised! And I am very upset that whomever responded said they offered to replace the planksThere was no such offerI have not heard from any representative at Bob's Carpet since Sept of last year Sincerely, [redacted]

Responding to complaint #*** We have sent a representative from the floor company to ***'s home to look at the floor and take pictures the representative explained to *** that nothing is 100% indestructibleThe representative looked at the furniture and explained to her that it
did look like the pattern of your couch legsThe representative sent samples to get tested and they passed all the testsI have made the offer to *** to replace the planks and she has declined that offerWe believe in our people, products and mission and we’re committed to making it easier every step of the way
