The intent of this email is to serve as a response to the complaint received regarding the water account at [redacted] ** The water at [redacted] residence was terminated because she was given two notifications of the past due amount on her account One was a ten day notice that was mailed to her and the other was a two day notice that was physically posted on the property [redacted] made a payment of $that was not processed by her bank because of insufficient funds in her banking account This was the second time that a payment [redacted] had made was not processed because of insufficient fund in a three month period When the last NFS payment, made in September, occurred her delinquent amount had not been payed and her service was terminated [redacted] has had a delinquent balance on her water account since 5/24/Michael K***Resident Manager

The purpose of this email is to serve as a response to the complaint filed by *** * *** at *** *** *** ** *** **. Mr*** did not make a payment on his water account from 7/29/till 10/24/2016. In that period of time three consecutive bills were not paid. Mr
*** has had a delinquent balance of varying amounts on his account since he received his first bill on 7/31/2015. During the month of August there was an high bill for $222.20. The water meter in Mr*** house is working properly. It is not the responsibility of the water authority to identify leaks that are internal house issues Furthermore, it is obvious that the meter is working correctly because the subsequent reading have returned to normal
