Bob, from Bobs up and over came to my house to measure for a new roofAfter a delayed start, installation day comes, and he and his team start early, they work all day, with the threat of a snowstorm comingHe assures me all will be wellThey finish for the day will be back tomorrowTomorrow comes, it is raining, with threat of snow, they work 1/daythen I am told they underestimated the roofing and would I pay for the difference, after a contract was signedI found the loss to be the equivalent of a x sized room! I found out Bob had not gotten on the roof to estimate and did not "see" the shed roof on the back of the house! I refused, as I saw this as gross negligence on his partHe is the owner and should know his businessHe and his team worked on my roof throughout the dark with no lighting except what I could provide with lamps through the windowOne fell over and broke, and Bob didn't even offer to replace itNow the storm cameWe have lived in this house for years and never experienced an ice damApparently that is what they claimed happened when the water entered my eating area of my kitchen and spread throughout with watermarksI called Bob back and he said "it was your time"! He claimed it had nothing to do with the roof, and left! We will be finding a contractor to come in to look at this problem, as I am convinced while he was hurrying in the night to finish without lighting his team missed something! I heard his workers saying this was **~
