Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/27) */ We did install the windows for Ms [redacted] in December of In April 2015, her son, whom we've had all the communication with called complaining about the windowsA production manager and installer were sent out to inspectIt was determined the windows should be replaced and that process beganThat same day, her son came into the office and was upsetEven though he knew we were going to replace the windows, he was argumentative and confrontationalThe conversation ended when ***, the president assured him we would remedy the problemThe next day, [redacted] called the office wanting a refundSensing something wasn't quite right, [redacted] contacted Ms [redacted] who paid us for the windows and inquired whether she knew her son was trying to get a refundShe stated she knew there were issues, but was unaware he trying to get a refundSpoke to a [redacted] again on the phoneHis demeanor was the same as the previous day in the showroomIt was decided that the best resolution was to return Ms***'s money for all the windowsThis check was issued number in the amount of $2, Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/05/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Our family did in fact receive a refund for the full amount, however Mr [redacted] 's accusations are dishearteningWe know the actual sequence of events and this is why we will never use his services againWe hope to have a decision soon on windows to replace Bob's damaged windowsOur family will notify Bob's by mail when a decision has been made,

We had a leaking roof and failed numerous times at locating and fixing the leakI met with a few contractors to get estimates, and made our choiceWe weren't looking for the cheapest company, because we know that doesn't always mean good qualityWe chose Bob's Construction because in addition to being well within our budget, we felt comfortable dealing with Bob; he helped us with our choice to go with a metal roof because of the durability and the low to no-maintenance of itThe job was completed quickly and we were very please with the entire jobWe highly recommend Bob's Construction
