The no response was due to the death of previous buisness owner(Bob ***) of bobs custom tile and Glass while establishing new ownership trying to respond and figure out what accounts and appointments where what a stopped check was discovered after a follow up for the reason there was
service work that needed to be addressed contact was made a time was set to get issued resolved the issue was then handled and new payment was written, again customer called and said it looked worse then before, again a time was set up to fix the problem after looking into it a little further it was discovered that the shower pan was not draining water from the pan properly witch was not allowing the grout to dry right, so going above and beyond the original written agreemeznt we fixed the issue and did a walk through leaving under the impression she was satisfied all app
