I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. "Reconsidering" does not help us with these costs added to our project to remove their faulty workmanshipIn addition, the car DID NOT need stripped prior to your crew working on it & I have pictures & documentation to prove thisIt had only one paintjob from THE FACTORY in on it when you started on itIt needs stripped now because you sprayed so many coats on it time and time again to attempt to fix the bad paint jobs your guys kept laying down on it & all the filled you slopped on it!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. the repairs seemed like they were done correctly while in their dem lit placeAfter getting the car into a well lit area we seen that the filler was already cracking, a few bubbles & still a few low spots that were not repairedSo all of these areas will need fixed at MY COST and are not included in the $strippingIf Maaco decides they think they should not pay at the very least for the stripping at the end of our complaint then we will take it these actions to a further venue and include our time, legal fees and full invoice for stripping, repairs and paintWe are being extremely fair by only asking for them to cover the stripping as that is what is undoing the faulty work of theirs as I am not expecting them to pay for the paint work because that is my responsiblity I am simply requesting them to cover the cost to undue what was their fault so I can start over at point zero and I cover all costs to do what I wanted done in the first place which is the body work and paint

*** ***l brought her car in on Wed 9/16/for an estimated (business) day repairShe picked it up Thurs 10/1/At this time she had some valid issues with the vehicleShe dropped it back off on Mon 10/5/to have these correctedShe picked it up on Thurs 10/8/We paid
for the rental and reimbursed her by check $for the insuranceI thought he issues were taken care ofI'm not aware of any further contact from her until 4/11/16. We will correct any issues with her windshield leak, replace the headliner and supply her with a car rental while this is being doneAttached is a copy of her Repair Order and the car rental check*** ***, Maaco ***
I feel that he received more than $of free work from us. Lines & of the repair order was strip work which it needed any wayAfter he gets the work finished and I see a itemized invoice for the repairs I'll reconsider the $800.00. *** ***
Attached is a copy of the invoice for Mr***'s repairsI did paint the car twice to try and correct his issuesI told him I would repair them again but he said no he would just take the car and have someone else do itWe did paint work on the car but also needed body repairsThe lines with a
mark by them was body damage repairs performed that he does not have an issue withYou can see that they total $which would more than offset the $wanted to strip the paintI do not feel I should pay anything. *** ***
