Absolutely horrendous customer service My information was entered incorrectly not once but twice; their "four hour delivery window" is more like "four hours JK LOL really eight or ten hours, like whenever"; the furniture when it finally arrived was defective; the call I was supposed to receive after an automated "how'd it go?" call the night of the delivery never came, and when I made the call after two business days to get the defective furniture picked up I was told that my options were limited because it had been in my home for days; after the thing was finally picked up (on a Saturday) I waited until Monday to question when my refund would happenAccording to the website it would be 3-business daysAccording to the rep on Monday, no, actually it would be 5+ business daysI advised them that given my level of exasperation they might want to rush it a little; I was assured someone was working on itFive business days after pickup, still no refund: called again, to be told paperwork had been set to begin processing today, and it would be ANOTHER three daysAt leastUnacceptable
