He is not telling the truth about anythingThe delivery man was not standing there watching us they just dropped off the furniture and left so fast that he didn't leave the receipt for the delivery charge that I gave him the money forI called at 8:p.mwhen I noticed that it was the wrong set and there was no answer I (wife ) went down there the next morning and argued for an hour telling them it was not the right couch and loveseat they kept saying yes it is well He told me you unwrapped it you own it and he would not replace it

We delivered the sofa set on Wednesday December 7, at 6: The customer proceeded to take the plastic off as the delivery was still in progress and was inspecting it At 10:pm that night they called to tell us that it was the wrong set If the wrong set was delivered they would
have realized it when they opened it in front of the delivery people On Thursday morning the customers wife came in to talk to the manager and even she wasn't sure which set her husband was talking about The manager told her to come back with the receipt and her husband to clarify any possible discrepancies The customer didn't come in but called and started started arguing and threatening the manager The manager said to him "Sir please come in and show me the one that you picked out so we can clear up any problems" Also, the set that he says he picked out is a lower price, though he never questioned the amount he was charged He never called back nor did he come into the store We can not remedy the situation if the customer is not willing to help

So if us trying to help him and fix the situation is unacceptable, I don't understand how he would like to fix if he's not willing to help

I don't understand why he finds this is unsatisfactory, we can't guess at which set he was talking about It's a very easy solution, we just need his help.I understand he's not happy but he could remedy the situation very easily by coming to the store
