We are questioning this complaint due to several statements made by Mr***
November 18, Mrs*** called to stop her serviceShe stated that they had a new hauler effective November 1, When asked what was the name of the
hauler so we could remove chargesShe refused to tell us who the hauler was and we need that information to clear up her accountShe was told that if we could not verify the stop date that we could not clear the account
I believe they owe this bill
I believe that they should pay this bill or prove they had another hauler at the time in dispute
