I received two letters so I am responding to on the same paperCustomer Mr*** came in on 1/13/said he wanted his laptop looked at because it will not turn onBut he said SSI is what he has and not until the following monthI told him the proce is to check his laptop and I told
him the price may be $The computer man I had working for me was very busy take it and bring it back the the 1st of FebruaryOn or about 2/7/he brought it backI received a call back from Mr*** maybe seven days later about his laptop and he was very abusive on the phone and threatening me and my businessI do not and will not deal with people who act this wayTo this day he refuses to come pick up his laptopit was not fixed and is in the same condition as he delivered it to mePlease tell him to come and pick up the computer***
