In response to Mrs*** Complaint.We first would like to apologize for her unhappy experienceThat being said we certainly will do all inour power to help her with her warrantyUnfortunately her purchase was over yrs ago, and althoughwe try to remember customersNo one working here recall
helping herWith employee turnover andthe purchase being over yrs ago is understandable.None the less a Mattress Warranty is very easy to take care of.Mrs*** will need to do the following;1- Show proof of purchase (store receipt is most common form)2- Make sure the Mattress is stain and soil free3- Return the Defective item to our store4- Upon Inspection the Manufacturer will either Repair/Replace any Manufacturer DefectsOnce Mrs*** completes the above steps we will be happy to assist her with her Warranty.Please note part of Mrs***'s complaint appears to be a comfort issueMattress Manufacturers ONLY Warranty DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS not comfort issues.We have enclosed a copy of our store receipt, and a copy of a standard Mattress Warranty for the IndustryThank You,Bob's Family Furniture06/30/
