Any further assistance that I may be able to provide, please don't hesitate to contact me*** Sincerely, Jay *** *** Bob's Garage & Towing Mr. I received your email dated Oct24th, regarding damage to the left side of your Toyota Rav I apologize for the delay in my response, however 1 wanted to review all of our surveillance videoYour car was located in the southwest corner of our secured impound lot that is rarely usedYour Car was the only vehicle that was unloaded into the area over the course of the weekend of October 20-Video footage shows no vehicles were moved in or out, nor parked near your carAlso your car was parked directly near one of our many cameras with a clear, fixed view of the driver's side of your car. I am enclosing some pictures of your vehicle being loaded by Towing that was contracted by your insurance companyYou will notice there is no damage to your door as your vehicle left our lotThe pictures you sent me appear to show scuff marks and scrapes down the left side of your vehicleI hope this information helps you in determining what happened to your vehicle after it left our lot. Furthermore, I take offense to the accusatory content of your emailI have been in business for over yearsI take pride in my professional reputationThe number of Police Departments I represent are a testament to the level of integrity and service I provide to my community. This consumer response was received by Revdex.com via phone.The consumer stated his vehicle was hit by someone who was texting while driving and that person was cited in the accident.The consumer said his back passenger side was affected in the accident and he took pictures of the accident area only.The consumer said his insurance company -- State Farm, had his vehicle towed from the business to *** *** *** to have his repair work done.The consumer said it was discovered that there were scratches on his driver side door, the consumer said he feels they were caused by the business, but there is no way to truly prove this.The consumer said the Auto Body shop was able to buff out the scratches at no charge to him; the consumer requested his complaint be closed as resolved
