(employed since August of 2010) and Tyler (new employee) (neither are bald, In fact theycould both use a haircut) repaired his garage door by installing the springs correctly (they were onbackwards) and replacing a roller and two bracketsSee service check sheet and invoiceWe left his locationat 5:48p.mSee GPS service logwas not personally on the jobslteApproximately weeks after preforming the requested work I contactedMr*** In regards to paymentAt this point he claimed that we used his tools and took his drillItold him I would talk with my technicians and get back to himD.Jsaid they did not use any of his tools andthat there was someone (who he assumed lived there) In the garage the entire time they were thereIcalled Mr*** back and invited him to come to my office and we would all sit down together andtalk about the situationHe told me he would be there at 8:00a.mthe following morningHe did notshow.He claims we used a 6' pry bar during our repairI installed my first door in and have never used a 6'pry bar to repair or Install a door.At some point, Mr*** contacted the NezPerce County SherriffOfficer *** came to mybusiness and spoke with both me and my employeesHe was satisfied that we had not taken anything.Officer K***'s contact Information is ***@co.nezperce.id.us ***.On October filed with the Nez Perce Tribal Court for payment and Invoiced Mr*** for the $30filing fee plus $for the 4+ man hours that have been spent trying to collect the original $
