I am rejecting this response because:
I don't agree with most things stated in his responseWe had no way of telling the leak was not repaired appropriately until after it rainedWhen he was notified of the needed repair, he promised to be thereWe were left
waiting on services promised for a specific dayHe refused to give us a time for the day he said he would be there, then didn't showThis happened a MULTITUDE of times while working on our homeI discussed it with him on several occasions, but he would only apologize and the same thing would happen againHe is actively trying to repair the leak, but it wasn't aggressive until after Revdex.com involvementI just want to make sure the repair is going to be completed appropriately so we can terminate this relationship.

Yes I went over there numerous time and repaired everything I know to do and I told Mrs *** we would come back if it leaks when it rains
