Bob's Handywork

I am rejecting this response because: Bobby stated he would get back to me, I have all the text messages saved, please he stating that the hourly fee he charged was for an emergency call So all his statements are not true, hence I am not accepting his response and want a complaint filed and would like to know what actions I can take to take him to small claims court, for overcharging us and him never getting us the documentation he said he would give us I have the one who contacted him and I should have been one he discussed cost and process of what his work would be This is called being professional and finishing a job with the person who original contacted him for the work. Please let me know what I can do next and make sure this does not happen to other home owner Also is there another agency or organization I can contact to proceed with legal action and investigation to his business handles, to see what he charges other home owners, so I can prove he has overcharged us for where we live and took advantage of my wife, with Bobby know I should be one to make decision, and not making wife feel it had to be done, that day, when weather outside was not freezing

The business owner had given a verbal quote to the consumer's wife, who was nice, prior to the work. No quote was given to the husband. The business owner did the work for the amount that was quoted. The wife paid him for that work.The business did not charge the consumer for an
emergency. There was not a discussion of an hourly rate. The estimate was a fixed rate quote including materials and labor.If the consumer is concerned that the business owner did not contact him after the work was completed, he should have discussed this with his wife.
