rejecting this response because:
These are not appropriate customer service decisions for a businessThe bedding was washed because in order to use it, it must be washedIt was after the days because I ordered it for a birthday gift and held onto it for a couple of weeksGood customer service practices, would be to offer a return with at least store creditI was not offered anything but told they would not even communicate with me because it was past daysThis company has very poor and unacceptable customer service and even though I've never complained about a company before, if my money or merchandise is not compensated somehow, I will go forward with warning others about the poor customer service of this company.

drapes and not getting the refundI don't have confidence that the company will issue the refundAt least I still have something in hand
