[redacted] signed a contract to rent unit # [redacted] a 6xon February 16, 2015, She received a special that we were offering (pay month get month free up to free months) which we gave herHer friend [redacted] came in and signed a contract to rent unit # [redacted] a 6xon August 3.0, and also wanted the same special we were offering [redacted] Our on-site manager told [redacted] and [redacted] that her rent was due again on unit #***They stated to [redacted] that they wanted to move their stuff from unit # [redacted] into unit #***They told her it was too hot to move their items and that they would come back laterThey never came back to move their items, S months had passed by and [redacted] and [redacted] came back and signed a move-out notice on unit # [redacted] on January 30, furious that they shouldn't have to pay for late fees and lien charges for unit # [redacted] because they never moved their items into unit # [redacted] which was paid current1, [redacted] and [redacted] told them that they cannot rent two units and only pay for oneThey never moved their stuff out of the first unit # [redacted] and It went into lien statusThey claimed that [redacted] told them that they can move their items over at their convenience since he was paid up on unit # [redacted] through February [redacted] is a valuable, trustworthy employee who our customers adore [redacted] and [redacted] were clearly trying to take advantage of our managers and the special that we were offering which is suppose to be for first time customers [redacted] admitted to us that she was trying to get an additional months free by having [redacted] ° sign a new contract and moving their items into another unitThe few times [redacted] came into our office he was using profanity and threatening me and our managers as well as our businessWe calmly spoke to him and said that [redacted] signed a contract and is owing on unit #*** [redacted] paid what was owed and signed a move-out notice on unit # [redacted] on February 8, 2016, They have been harassing us with letters and phone calls from an attorneyI talked with their attorney directly who wanted to hear our side of the storyAfter stating what happened, he told me that he will communicate to his clients that they signed a contract and that they have to pay what is owed Sincerely, [redacted] (Business Response.pdf)
