we at s and m auto never did and never will ever check a customer credit with out a signed application and full verbal consent from the customer as for this customer we never checked her credit the company that she is seeing on her credit corelogic is a company that we do not useall of the credit application that we do are processed through https://www.nccicredit.com/nccicredit/client_login.aspx their for it was not us that rain her credit we also cannot run some one credit with the information that is on their id we need their social security number to run their credityes we did take a copy of her id when she was the one that the card belonged to not the purchaser of the car, she put the down payment and as added security so as no one to use anyone else cards we keep a copy of their id and a copy of the card to show that they are matchingand we mark out the card number in marker so the only number is the last four of the card is showingthis was explained to the customer at that time and in front of her the card number was crossed out with a black marker we thank you for your understanding and hope to be in the best of service to you and all of our customers

We did not use a tile contractor as MrR [redacted] statesAt the time we did all of our decking in house using Monster Pool Company employees.The decking was done properlyIt passed inspection and looks greatPlease see the attached photos.MrR [redacted] argument started when we asked for final payment Although his pool was complete and the contract (see attachment ) states that final payment is due prior to the pool being installed MrR [redacted] did not want to pay his balanceWe should have waited and not installed the interior but siding with good faith we decided to go ahead and get it done soWe are a busy pool company with many projects so it is in our best interest as well as the customers interest not to disrupt the process.We have stated on several occasions that any and all issues MrR [redacted] has will be taken care of immediately if he pays his past due balance of $from years ago.This entire situation could have been avoided if MrR [redacted] would satisfy his financial obligationPlease note the payment schedule showing the final amount of 10% dues prior to interior completionThe amount differs because MrR [redacted] financed his pool and the finance company had a different payment scheduleAlso please note that the project was completed over years agoHe did not file a complaint until now because he is in need of a warranty call for a non working lightWe let him know that as soon as the past due balance was paid, we would repair the light and fulfill any and all warrantiesThank youWilliam P***

Monster is correct that I contacted them to fix my lights They are all non working The pump has also been replaced after year, and the Company never showed to install the router for my pool remote Monster was negligible and in breach of contract from the first drop of water I paid for a chemical start up that I never received There are many more pictorial evidences of a terrible tile job resulting in an improperly sloped deck There are still broken tiles around the fire pit that were never replacedi have told monster pools that I have no issue with the outstanding amount so long as they finish the job.they never finished my pool Period!

As stated in the previous emailed response, MrR*** is in breach of contractI included a copy of the contract in that emailIf MrR*** pays is balance do in full, any and all issues with his pool will be addressed and taken care of per the warranty agreement on the signed contractMrR*** is aware of thisWe have had a few interactions over the past two yearsEach time he was told that if he honored his agreement and paid his balance due, any and all issues would be rapidly addressedMrR*** is in full control of this situationIf and when he chooses to pay his balance we will address his concernsIn the state of AZ contractors have the right to lean property for the lack of paymentContractors can also turn over unpaid balances to collection agencies for paymentOur company chooses not to go that route even though it is our optionWe choose to take the higher ground and have faith that customers will choose the better path and fulfill their obligations.At no time do we dispute any of his claimsThe issues he has had would have been addressed in a timely manor had he fulfilled his obligation to pay for the product he agreed to pay forHe never notified us of a pump issueWe use fantastic products that are fully covered under our warranty which is one of the best in the industryAlthough this is just my assumption, MrR*** probably did not notify us of the pump issue because he may have known he would be asked to pay his balance which is in default Unfortunately, we cannot reposes a pool as a bank would do with a car or a house which a customer does not pay forIf it was possible, we would review that option Pay your bill MrR*** and your issues will be addressed. Until your VERY VERY past due balance is paid, your issues are yoursYou only live miles from our office and we take creditSo you know where to pay when you decide to do the right thing. We are and were in the process of resolving the problem prior to the customer contacting the Revdex.comThe customer works long hours and is hard to make contact withThe main issue in this complaint is communicationThe customer has made no attempt to contact our officeOnly left messages with an
employee on a personal cell phone that was not delivered to our office
The problem is in the process of being resolved and should be complete by Tuesday the18th

Pool builder took over and a half months to build poolSalesman Jeff told us it would be done in JulyNo communication from anyone at this company through the entire building processLots of mistakes in craftsmanship of travertine put in and also months since completion pool pump is leakingI was told by the owner that no timetable was guaranteedThat is a garbage excuseAt one point in July to August the pool sat untouched for over three weeksNo contact from ownership or the building supervisorPool inspection failed three times because no one ever came out to install gate springsDo not build with this companyHorrible experience and will be pursuing other actions against this company

Monster pool company is a star companyThey did a great job
