The Customer contacted Bob's Pool Builders with the issue with his heater on 05/22/We did acknowledge on 05/22/that the pipe was not winterized properly at the closing and that we would have a service tech come out that week to fix itI sent the customer an email again on 05/23/again letting him know we would be out that week as soon as we could squeeze him in our scheduleWe did come out on Friday 05/26/(Bob's Pool Builders does not install these types of heaters and we are not familiar with them.) We fixed the pipe and tested the heater and it was working when we leftWe were not aware of the board shorting out until we received an email from the customer on 05/29/stating he replaced it And wanted us to cover the costAn email was sent to him on 05/29/that I would check with the owner and get back to himOn 06/05/an email went out to the customer stating we would send a check in the mailOn 06/06/the check was mailed
