I cannot access the link If there was some confusion, again we do apologize All prizes expired with the promotion, which again, was June 14th If we had more prizes we would happily give her one but we are out The vendor that ran the contest for us is out

We are waiting for ** *** to come in so that we can credit back her credit card. We explained this to her, so I am confused as to why she is stating that we will not refund her down payment. We are willing to refund, but must have her come in to swipe her card

We have spoken to customer and offered a new set of wheel locks installed at no chargeCustomer stated she will come in when she canNo date set by her.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with Ourisman's statement; stating that they do not owe me any money. Ourisman has not yet given me any detail explanation to refute (for example explain any errors in the documentation that I provided and explain why Ourisman does not owe me any additional refunds) any of the documents I have sent to them requesting the refund they owe meP. Based on the documents I have provided clearly showing that Ourisman owes me an additional refund. I am requesting that Ourisman's pay me the amount of $so this matter can be resolved

Attached you will find two checks totaling $with Ms *** *** endorsement signatures. The amount she was over charged was reimbursed to her in August of

I am rejecting this response because: That is advertising and I should get a prize if you sent me a paper saying I won a prize and I contact your company and you assure me that I won and there is a prize for me I should get oneIt also seem like a scam because the guy said to me in person we oly was giving out gift cards so that mean nobody won the other prozesI am not going to go back and fourth with them what is the next step to make sure this company is held accountable about advertising because I have proof of emails from them on june until I came in on the 18th nobody called me to say anything about prizes gone and even if how do you not give somebody a prize if they won oneI am willing to file a civil suit just to teach your company about what is legal so you wont do it to anybody else!
