emergency we watched the lady sit in her car for minutes, then lock her doors and walk inside of the apartment with only her purseWe feel as if there was a life or death situation the ambulance would have been called to assist with the situationAlthough we felt that we were not wrong for towing her car, we did make concessions to reduce the price and help Mr*** out .Mr*** repeatedly refused and was very hostile with our drivers as well as myselfI quote Mr*** word for word "if I have to pay one red cent out my pocket I'm going to put you on blast on Facebook, instagram, Twitter, and the radioI promise I'm going to put you on blast." We didn't raised our voices didn't argued with him ,we tried to make the situation as good as could be in the circumstances of the situation

The lady that lives in the Apartment a paraplegic that has to have a RN nurse come in days a week in the morning and in the evening...The office will verify this.2nd he states that the driver watch the lady sit in car and then get out so he did not warn her that the car would be towed and the owner also stated that because they have not been towing cars the office had gotten onto them...I would like for a full refund
To response to Mr*** remarksNo the driver did not warn the lady that's not his jobThe tent has gotten a written notice from the office, also there is a sign that states the same that cars without permit will be towed at owners expenseSecond, I did not state that the manager of the apartment complex or the owner of Harris Boyz towing gets onto the drivers about not picking up carsWe were hired to do a job and we do our job wellAlso the nurse parked in a handicap spot with out a permit which is also punishable by lawWhich in our contract states is for an immediate towThere was no medical emergency is was only reporting to do her daily dutiesIt is Mr*** job to know the rules of the places where he sends his employeesIgnorance is not an excuse of the law
