On 7/31/Ms [redacted] came to Fenton Nissan West to purchased a Nissan PathfinderAt the time of her purchase she never mentioned wanting to finance her taxes into the loanOklahoma residents are required to pay their TT&L within days of purchase at the local tag agencyThe dealer is not responsible for collecting the feesSince, Ms [redacted] did not request the fees to be added to her loan, we did notMs [redacted] , 1st payment due date was reduced from days to days to fit her payment needsWith a simple interest contract, the payment changes since the interest has to accrue on these daysGoing days to first payment made the payment higher then she wanted

I suspect they (Dealer) manipulated the document they attached The informations on the document are not accurate and also I can see correction in some fields I dont believe I signed on that paper with the knowledge of running a hard enquiry of my credit and other details If its a new vehicle purchase where is the price listed on the paper where is the VIN number for that ? I really wonder how did they run the credit without my Legal name which is on my drivers license I dont see my leagal name on the document they attached but I see a different name as wellSeems like things are very easy for them to pull peoples personal details Who knows if they sell it to the marketing companies After I went to their dealership I started getting a lot of calls asking me to buy/trad in Nissan vehicles and also getting a lot of calls for buying Auto insiurance and other extended warranty stating they have my Vehicle information with them Its very unfair from Nissan , I never thought Nissan delaers would act like thisFor me Im very much concerned about my persoanl deatils and identity Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: when I purchased my vehicle I was
advised that all stains were coveredThe service department handled this matter poorly and while yes, the cover was replaced, the cover looks nothing like the original coverThe cover that was installed has fabric on the sides, while the original one (the one damaged by the service department) was all leatherTherefore, I want the public to be aware of the "cover ups" the service department attempts to makeThis is a blatant display of poor customer service practices.

I am rejecting this response because: I told them I was not from Oklahoma and am not familiar with fees or how the process goesThey were aware of that and that it was my first time buying a car and not once did they tell me about question I am suppose to askWhen they said we pay our own tags and fees I was hesitant but said I will and it should be no more than $When I said that to the guy he never said no its more or corrected the amountHe took advantage of me and let me believe it was lessThey failed to mention my payments would be due in daysNoone told me until I got the bill

On 2/3/2017, we sold a Nissan Maxima to a *** ***, and *** ***As far as we knew they were togetherThey have the same address on their license, stated to us they lived together, and they never told us other wiseThe customers were fully aware they were both singing and both
going on the vehicle loanNot only is there multiple papers to sign by the customers, which if they didn't want Mr*** on the loan then why did he sign all the documents, we can not put someone on a vehicle loan without having their credit to submit to the bankFor us to do that we would have to get their social security number as well as other personal information, and have them sign off on a credit applicationIf Mr*** was never planning on going on the loan, then why would he give us all his information to pull his credit, and sign off on all the documents he had to signThere is no way someone can go thru the whole process of buying a car, which involves the signing of multiple documents, giving us his credit information, and signing off on the application without knowing or having the intention of purchasing a vehicleIf there is anything else you require from Fenton Nissan West please let us know.Thanks,*** ***New Car Manager

I spoke with this customer about weeks ago and have addressed and resolved their issue. The customer went to a dealership for a service issue that was closer to them and were miss informed about their current coverage. The customer was told they didn't have a warranty, but they
do. I spoke with the customer when they arrived and got them their policy information and service work handled. Let me know if I can be of any further help Thank you! *** ***
