I have been designated to answer this complaint, as I am knowledgeable of the happenings after the fact.It happened on a Friday that I was gone, and of course there are differing stories on what ACTUALLY occurred.In ANY case, we settled this problem last Saturday, [redacted] ***, when her... husband came for the refund. He indicated that he was not too happy with how his wife had handled the situation. I don’t think he was aware that she had posted her dissatisfaction on the internet. I asked that he would ask her to remove her negative comments from our Facebook page and Google and wherever else she was venting. I see as of today, a week later, she has NOT removed the comments.I take care of our Facebook page and I was immediately alerted to her problem. Instead of airing an argument on Facebook, I PM'd her from my personal Facebook account. It took a while to get a reply, but I did get one. I have attached a copy of our conversation there. This should give you a pretty good picture of the situation.If there are ANY questions you might have regarding this situation, please feel free to contact me @ [redacted] .
