I talked to the consumer and she kept the mattress for two weeks. If she had bed bugs, she would have noticed them immediately. That's why I didn't refund her. I will give her another mattress but I will not give her the money back

If she had bed bugs, she would have known the first night. She slept on the mattress for two weeks before this issue was mentioned. If she is willing to pay for delivery of a new mattress, I will provide that to her, but I am not willing to refund her purchase after two weeks of sleeping on it--if it had been within 2-days I would have refunded her money. It can be delivered on Thursday; I believe she had a queen size and it will be in plastic
