For months I contacted Bobbi Brown online about two separate packages in which I never receivedI called back when the person from Bobbi Brown told me to, to check up on the ongoing investigation that was suppose to be going onEvery time I called to check back about where my packages were, Bobbi Brown kept telling me that my package delivery was still under investigationThey had told me that the packages may have been delivered to another addressBobbi Brown told me that the mailing service would be coming to my door to speak with me about the issue So, I decided to contact the mailing service myself because they never came, and it turned out that Bobbi Brown told me informationThe mailing service said they they do not send their drivers out to talk to recipients about lost packagesAfter months of me contacting Bobbi Brown back and forth, I was still not getting an answer as to where my packages wereSince I was not getting a response, I went and disputed the charges
