His assistant spoke with Mrs*** and an agreement was reached to refund consumer half of the purchase priceHe was unable to provide total amount of the refund agreed upon however, he
knew the consumer hadn't paid $for the servicesHis assistant will contact the consumer directly and the Revdex.com with the exact refund amount and the date the consumer can expect the refund

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However if no refund is received by October 21, 2016, then a lawsuit will be filed
