Prompt replies to all of my questions and worked with my schedule. Professional cleaners who were super friendly and accommodating to my mess and kids! Setting up regular cleaning for sure.

I was blessed to have Bobbie's crew (Dee and her gal) clean for me. They asked for detail of what I would like done-and they did it! Friendly and conscientious of my requests. My home smelled and felt so nice when they left-thank you!

Bobbie and her crew did an amazing job cleaning our house after we moved out. Her team came in and finished a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house in two hours as well as cleared out trash and broke down cardboard boxes in the basement and attic. I would recommend her and her crew to anyone.

Every year we have our floors stripped, cleaned and rewaxed. It is a public space that sees a lot of abuse. The old floors see a lot of traffic and some years the cleaners skip the stripping or other years we can't get all the furniture out so they work around it and some years they just spend the time they think it will take leaving it a bit unfinished.This means a lot of build-up and ick but Bobbie's crew came in and really took their time - a lot- of time and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend Bobbie Shay's cleaning, at least for floors. They were committed to not just doing the job but to doing it right.

Bobbie has been doing a great job cleaning for me for several years. Her workers know what to do and how to do it. I rarely have anything to comment on or to suggest and if I do it is quickly taken care of.
