Plumber shows up, 15 minutes later a helper shows up. I should say gopher since only thing he did was to get the equipment for the plumber. I had to get a sewer truck ($172) since plumber said the drain from house to city pipes was plugged and it would make a mess when the drain was open. After the plumber tried to run auger wouldn't go in so plumber says we can put the camera in to see. She puts camera inside pipe 10 inches ($200 more) and says the Tee Y are installed backwards. Flushed 2 toilets water was going thru and that was it. They stayed for 1hour and 33 minutes I cannot say they worked that long, they waited for truck and on top of that was charged $14 more because the sewer truck had to come. I was charged for 2 hours of Labor before taxes $240. I called head office spoke with [redacted] Ermen (owner). When I told him I had called earlier and asked how much they charge per hour and they had told me $86 his answer was. Did you ask how many people it would take? I said no. Later I did check with other plumbing company and it is normally a 1 man job. I asked why I was charged for 2 hours (and since the helper was 15 minutes late he was not even there for the complete 1h33 minutes. He told me 1h33 minutes is 2 hours for them. $694 later drain is unplugged but nothing is fixed. Hope you will think twice before calling them or maybe do like I will do next time.
