I had to handle my case with Gary from Marvic AluminiumIt's a small screening workThis company has done bunch of work in my neighborhood (in fact I was also part of that group but did not get a chance to complete my work with them due to my travel)After few calls, they finally bother to call me back after few daysWhen I finally got hold of them, I was trying to get clarification on the price that I was quotedI don't know what made this guy so frustrated or just the matter of small work that they do not even bother to lose, the guy spoke to me just hung on me while talkingIt is highly unprofessional; I never seen anything like this beforeThrough some of the work this company has done for my friends, I came to know that their follow ups were awful
The only reason why I wanted to go with this company is I LIKE THEIR WORKI have to accept this factI personally feel that this experience is worth having because I wanted to get some bigger project done through this company later this year

I chose Marvic because the price was about 20% less than a competitive bidThey started work later than promisedThey seemed sober and seriousAfter removing the old roof, they put the new one up in a few hours one day when I was outIt leaked in multiple places immediatelyErnest (Marvic) said the problem was not their new roof but the low slope of my old shingle roof of the houseHe went up and tarred my shingle roof many timesThe roof leaked less but continuedFinally after about a year of leaking I called a leak specialistHe said that Marvic's flashing was placed over my house roof and should have gone underHe brought three trucks and a work crew of or who worked for several hours.I paid them $I tired to get Marvic to pay some of this expensebut they refusedThe leak specialist fixed the roof 99'%It still may leak a tiny bit under extreme rainThis was my experience with Marvic
I absolutely will call this company back any time I have an aluminum need, and I will tell family and friends about them The sales rep Gary was fantastic, he spotted the challenge right away, told us what would happen, the fair price it would cost to fix it, and returned when promised to get the work done
