Misled customer to sell prepaid service plan overprice When I was sold the maintenance plan I was told it covered everything except tires and gasoline However it turned out it only covered oil change and tire rotationFor this two items only, it costs less than $for each service in the marketThe plan only covers 60,000miles/months, meaning I could over receive no more than times of servicesThe value of this plan is less than $And it was sold at $It is absolutely overpriced for a prepaid serviceIf I know this in advance, I will never purchased this planThe sales person definitely misled me and I assumed the plan's coverage is all inclusive, similar to my previous experience from other vehicle

Be careful when dealing with this dealership!! I thought I had purchased a vehicle...was waiting for the purchase agreement to sign as I was out of town...and boom...they sold the vehicle to another party
So moral of the story...a dealerships word is worth nothing!!

I never felt this hostility trying to buy a car from three men at the same time My husband was searching for car for several weeks now trying to find what best fits our familyWhen I saw the car that I like just day ago I wanted to go and buy itMy disappointment started when I entered Volkswagen McKinney and no one came for several minutes to speak to us, until I asked two talking representatives between themselves if they can assist usAfter that hostile behaviour started as soon as I offered my price and try to explain my reasoning behind itThree floor sales representatives/ managers aggressively went on me telling me that the car is not for me, asking me, why did you come here (I told them several times I really like the car and would like to hear their best offer) they said this is our price on the car and we will not lower it for youI was surprised that they did not treat me as customer, they did not take any time to sit down with me, they did not offered me a chair, water or anythingOne of them said your husband was here already several timesI asked them, what does it mean my husband was here already, I started to like the car just yesterday and wanted to buy it todayOne of them started to laugh, I'm not sure what was funny to him (probably the fact three men cornering women, one of them showing me his name tag and saying: quote ("you see this, I'm his boss, I make decisions)" unquoteIn my opinion this is no way to treat any customer
I felt like I wanted to cry, my voice was shaking I experienced scary, stressful, absolutely unnecessary situation, I still cannot believe, it was at the car dealershipIt is simply hurtful and not the right way to treat anyone
We should always treat each other with respect even if we disagree on price of the carIt could have been explained calmly with respect, you never know which customer will purchase your car

Service department does not stand up to their word and refuses to be held accountable
6/13/16-I took my Jetta to them to fix repairs from an accident I was in a month prior & to check on check engine lightThe mechanic told me I needed a valve for the turboWhen my car came back from the body shop & he checked it more thoroughly he discovered a leak in the internal turbo systemHe informed me this should not happen to a car with less than 100,miles on it and suggested I contact VW Corp and ask for Goodwill Repair and explain to them that I had bought the car from VW and maintained it through VWI did call VW Corp & my extended warranty company and explained everything to themThey refused to helpI was asked to fill out a survey for the dealership so I did and expressed my dissatisfaction with VW Corp I also filed a complaint with VW CorpI got a call from the service manager at *** *** the next day, offering to reduce the cost by $It was followed by an email

On november 27th I purchased a new vw jetta 2017, the dealer advertised online a deal for cyber monday that included a complimentary year maintenance on purchase of new vehicles, which I bought and they still charged me $1,for it on final contract, I have proof of online advertising from dealership and emails from salesperson saying that it was complimentary
