I will be sending you a check of $135.00 as I have tried to reach out to, and get a full understanding which I was not able to do. We at Bobby Blue Plumbing always offer are clients economical solutions as an option, typically if that fails. we would move the past billed amount to a credit towards perhaps in your case a new toilet. thank you

I received a voice message on 07/07/16 from Mr. Ordonez and I called back at 4:17pm only to have my name and telephone number taken by the receptionist/operator. I never heard from the company since yet the refund of $135.00 is agreed.
