I will however continue to reach out to Bobby Collins Logging in an attempt to have the job completed.   Will my comments summarizing in the complaint be published for all who inquire about this company?   I have no intentions of closing the matter.  Are there other means by which I can obtain your assistance?

After, two months of logging operations Mr. C[redacted] packed up all his equipment and moved off my property leaving large use tires and yard and driveway in a troublesome state. Contract, stated that after completion of logging operations all area including the driveway be returned to a condition as good or better as on the date of the execution of his agreement. No limbs or other debris from the logging operations be left in on across the boundary upon my property. He, also failed to complete payment of timber harvested.Desired Settlement: Honor contract agreement

a. Yard and driveway repair

b. Payment for timber harvested

c. All limbs, debris and tires removed off property

As of 3/23/16 about 20% of the job remains incomplete. 50% of payment for timber still not paid. Property to access land damaged. Concerned land left in a non eco friendly manner. Bobby C[redacted] fails to communicate, very disrespectful, and dishonest (declares contradictions to the contract).
