ID #[redacted] In this matter the unit was sold AS IS on Aug 7 2016 and there was never any complaints from the customer until our salesperson did a follow up call approx.. 1 ½ months ago and at that time Mr. [redacted] stated he had some service issues. My salesperson Renee told me about this and...

I had her return a call to Mr.  [redacted] advising him to contact our service department and set up an appointment. As to the matter of myself not returning calls I did not receive a message not saying Mr. R[redacted] did not call but I am generally fairly easy to contact and I also had furnished Mr. [redacted] my business card at time of purchase with my personal cell number so any customer can contact me direct at any time. With this said Bobby Combs RV Center and myself  takes great pride in customer service and I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] on July 27 2017 at 4:11pm and set an appointment for Aug 16 2017 in our service department to look at the issues. Mr. [redacted] stated he had replaced a battery right after purchase and I have offer to reimburse him for that battery when he provides a receipt for it. The water heater, refrigerator, electrical and lighting  issues we will make sure that is operational provided it has not been tampered with. The check engine light came on after the vehicle passed emission and we will not be doing anything with that. Mr. [redacted] did provide me list as I request by email on July 28th at 5:15 in which he added an additional item. At this point we are going well beyond the normal scope of business and consider this matter handled I have also attached the emails between Mr. [redacted] and myself.   Kerry D M[redacted]
