Review: He charged me $150.00 to fix my hot water heater. He never fixed it. When my son called him he said that he would not be able to look at it until sometime late Sep when I tried to call him he would not answer the phone.Desired Settlement: Refund my $150.00

On 08/08/13, I replaced the heat elements on the customer's water heater because they were non-functional. I spent 2.5 hours working on the water heater at an hourly rate of $45.00 per hour, which came to $112.50 and spent $37.50 on parts. The job was completed and the water heater worked when I left the home. I did not receive another call regarding the heater for two weeks. I was contacted on 08/23/13 by the customer's son, while en route to another customer's home. He informed me that the heater was not working, and demanded that I come immediately to repair it. I informed him that it was a new issue, having nothing to do with the heating elements previously replaced, and that I would happily come take a look, but that I would not be able to make it until the beginning of the next week. He became verbally combative, and remained so even after I offered to look at the issue for no charge. At this point, I terminated the call and said I could not work for him again.
