Placed an order on Black Friday November 2015 bc of the 50% off coupons they emailed. Made multiple calls & emails before someone finally confirmed it would not arrive before christmas bc they were waiting on all of the back order items to become available before they sent out the rest of the order. Got half of my order the day after Christmas & when I called to check I was told the back ordered items would be sent out that week as well as the duplicate items I did not receive. I have been calling multiple times a week since then. Finally got a text message response that my issue would be taken care of last week & I still have not been contacted by the company, customer service, call, email or text to let me know if the items would be shipped. Worst customer service ever! How does the same person slip through the cracks for 3months!?!? They were totally unprepared for the discount they offered, I have disappointed people because their Christmas gifts were not under the tree & I'm still waiting!!! I want a refund!!!!
