If there are any problems with this car we will be glad to address those issues....As stated many times there is...

not an option for a full refund....We have addressed this situation several times and talked and faxed documents...the case has been closed with those people....sorry we cannot refund this transaction...

This complaint has been put to rest by all branches and through general mkotors.........also attorney general....nothing can be done....offers were made and refused by customer....

The information below is from the meeting on March 19 with [redacted] and [redacted].  [redacted] stated that there was a certain percentage of cars  damaged in the double digits, maybe 20 or 30 percent. The service manager went on to test drive the car and said it was the road conditions that made it pull to  the right. The car was put up on the rack and [redacted] said he didn't know much about cars and he wasn't a mechanic. [redacted] told the mechanic to check under it.
Results  as per Bobby Layman  statement : Completed inspection with customer. Customer inspected and found no frame damage found on vehicle. Vehicle found to be in operating designed intent. This does not answer why  frame pulls was listed with the parts list.
[redacted] stated that the damage was minor and he gave me an estimate of $3417.19 for parts at net to fix the car.  This doesn't include any labor or mark up on parts and tax, etc. (Labor to remove and reinstall parts and labor and material to paint the parts)
$3417.19 and mark up and labor (remove, reinstall, paint, and profit), my estimate  would be approximately $12,000 to $15,000. $3417.19 is not minor damage let alone $12,000 to $15,000.
[redacted] came back in and said he had to go to  Columbus.
[redacted] gave me a trade-in price and he said that he didn't deduct anything.
I questioned [redacted] on the letter from the Attorney General. In the letter from the Attorney General,  it states "It is also our understanding that their position was that the vehicle was in a minor accident, of which they said they informed you of that fact as soon as they became aware" This is not true! They never told me. I told  them because I saw it on a copy of the car fax from the internet.
I was never assured that the frame was not pulled or that  the damage was more than minor as stated by [redacted] and [redacted]. The Service Manager ran the Vin # on the computer and he said he couldn't get the list of parts installed. I called one of the Cadillac GM dealers that previously gave me  a list of the parts He said it was on a GM website and they should be able to get the info that he got.
Also I never got an answer on why the air bags  didn't deploy.
So therefore not much was resolved so therefore I feel that my purchase price, cost, etc.  all but the sales tax should be reimbursed.
