Again the dealership is not taking owneship of their mistakeI'm not stupid and I've been to two other dealerships one to fix the recall on my car and another to have minor maintenance done and also went to *** who all confirmed that in order to do the recall work that they were doing for those two recalls, involves removing my steering column which the turn signal switch is connected toSo, yes the dealership broke the the switch and now they don't want to fix itIt did not break on its own when I brought it into the dealership it was not broken in half and hangingIt had a very tiny crack and and again when I spoke with the service manager who said he was going to find out for me to see if it was really broken or not he called me back and said "no its not broken like the service guy said its just that little crack in it" and he left that on my voicemail he flat out liedThen I was told by his boss that he was going to order the part and fix it, after the argument with the service manager ***, in the parking lot because he was very rude and unprofessionalHis said he was going to call me the next day but I never got a call from him or callback from him when I left message and told him I was going to contact my attorney never still got a message and I'm still in contact my attorneyThis is not a remedy to the solution I'm not paying for a part or to get it fixed because I did not break it

cover, unplug the switch, remove two screws, and install the new switch. We do not feel we owe the customer the turn signal switch. For customer satisfaction we will offer to install the switch at no charge. Customer to pay for part only. Thank You,
