Customers have no reason to feel threatened or fear for safety at Bobby Layman Chevrolet. We did not break the turn signal switch in this vehicle. The customer said it was cracked. When we perform tthe recalls we do not remove the turn signal switch or the steering column. We remove the lower... cover, unplug the switch, remove two screws, and install the new switch. We do not feel we owe the customer the turn signal switch. For customer satisfaction we will offer to install the switch at no charge. Customer to pay for part only. Thank You,
