Do not use Bobby Page's Dry Cleaning, I repeat, Do not use their services
Why can't we have no stars? Do NOT use BOBBY PAGE's. I blew it. I didn't read the reviews first. First and foremost, I would like to share that Mr. Mohamed and Amy Dressden (not sure of spelling, she says she is Kevin Leid's/owner wife), are disingenuous and they don't care about the customer at all. They ruined my daughter's Homecoming Dress, flat out. They both denied culpability and responsibility. As someone in the customer service industry, it's no surprise that Bobby Page is not out in the open. The owner, Amy, the company is not on any social media to make comments because they know that what they are doing is wrong. Being told myself and my daughter are liars was over the top. Amy, who I'm highly doubting has children (dear god I hope not) based on how she treated mine, actually used and manipulated my daughter's words about how the dress turned out and made her cry. My daughter was already upset that the dress was ruined and then Amy took her words and changed the narrative on what the dress looks like now, this threw my daughter off and she was so upset by Amy, that she was crying. All they had to do was give me the $40 in alterations I paid and I wouldn't be so upset. I asked 10 times, refund the $40 alteration fees and I'll leave but no, Amy is out of control with no ability to understand customer service and what it means. She chose to jump over a dollar for a dime. We spend thousands of dollars at this cleaners (not anymore) and all I wanted was as refund of the bad work they did. Amy said no. Based on what I'm reading on Yelp, Kevin is the lead on this and Amy is doing what his policy is. They must have high turnover because who would want to work in an environment where there is absolutely no customer service? I checked the "Indeed" website and sure enough there are quite a few employee complaints about the place. When my husband called to discuss, Amy instilled her superpowers and decided to share why she thought my daughter was crying (she tried to blame me). Amy is a terrible person, she took no responsibility for ruining my daughter's homecoming dress 2 days before the event. In fact, I'll post the pic if I can. She was smirking and laughing at the situation. My advice, save yourself and do not use their services, I wish I hadn't.

I was referred to this cleaners to get my zipper pull replaced for the cost of $5.95. The customer service lady heard my request then went to get the person who does the work. This person explained that it would cost more, showing me with her hand going up one side that she would need to open the zipper itself, where she had showed me and the cost would be more at $10.95. I agreed to the higher price and returned in 3 days and picked up the jacket.I checked the zipper pull and noticed the zipper was also different. I used the jacket in a few days and realized the replacement zipper and the pull were VERY inferior to what I now have. The original zipper had a strong and striking metal appearance and was flat on the jacket but what I now had was a zipper that was so light that it curled on the jacket. I have 2 pieces of paper: 1) codes and "zipper repair"; 2) Repairs 4-28-16 "new pull" crossed out and "new zipper pull". I would challenge the customer service person and especially that manager for likely training to make more money. My zipper may have quickly gone out the door for 2 or 3 times what I paid.Product_Or_Service: new zipper pullDesired Settlement1) I appreciate that this will be published because I understand how some business locations can have a manager that is not operating ethically. This manager would train the customer service person and the one who is next brought forward who does the work and is an automatic "expert". Unfair business practices is what I would call this. I hope the company would replace the 2) The best I could hope for would be a replaced zipper with pull that has the same shiny metal & lays flat on he jacket.
