Review: I am filing a complaint do too a un authorized tip that was added to my bill after I had already signed the receipt and left the restaurant. I have been trying to contact the restaurant to speak to a manager and also have tried to contact the owner via cell phone neither has chosen to actproductively to resolve this matter this complaint was filed a week ago with the restaurant itself intern only to be told that the management or lack thereof we're all on vacation along with the owners who were out of the country,at the time the incident occurred.I have notified both my bank and the police department about this matter my bank has filed a complaint with the restaurant as well the police department has officially told me that there is no action that they can do in regards to this matter due to the fact that it is civil not criminalDesired Settlement: I would like my meal as well as the tip that was unjustified and put on the receipt itself to be refunded completely and an explanation of why this event occurred in the first place and why it has taken so long for the information to be tracked and for response to be issued
