Thank you for your letter dated Tuesday, February 17, 2015, regarding a complaint placed by Mr. [redacted] of New Oxford, PA. We appreciate the opportunity to rectify this situation, as customer satisfaction is a core value of our company and we take any such concerns very seriously.
I can...
confirm that Mr. [redacted] brought his vehicle in for service with Bobby Rahal Toyota on December 4, 2014. At that time we diagnosed the loud squeaking noise his vehicle made when applying the brakes. At that time we replaced the front brake pads with factory Honda parts to eliminate the noise. Mr. [redacted] received a no charge loaner vehicle during his appointment. According to the 3 month/3,000 mile limited warranty that Mr. [redacted] signed on November 28, 2014, a $100 deductible charge should have been applied to any service needed during the duration of the warranty. We waived the $100 deductible at that visit due to his recent purchase. (Copy of warranty enclosed)The concerns regarding the tire pressure sensors and leaky roof are not listed as covered components with the limited warranty that Mr. [redacted] signed when he purchased the vehicle. We will be reaching out to Mr. [redacted] to attempt to satisfy his concerns regarding these issues.
Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to amend this situation with Mr. [redacted].Sincerely,
Mike M[redacted]New Car Sales Manager
