*** *** Painting painted my home in early summer His crew and he did a superlative jobThey were on time, did outstanding work, and finished when promised at the price quotedHowever, I'm writing today to commend *** on his outstanding customer serviceI recently developed a leak on my den ceiling, so I emailed him to ask the brand and type of ceiling paint he used several months earlier I wanted to repair the stain and fully expected to do the repair myself It was simple task that would've taken five minutes not counting drying time Instead of emailing the information to me, *** called me directly and said he would repair the stain free of chargeHe did just that, even leaving behind a full gallon of ceiling paint in case I had other issues The man is a gem: warm, kind, and all about his customers They don't make them like this anymore What a community asset *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***
