Review: [redacted] Z entered into a verbal agreement to replace the motor in my 2001 Honda Civic. I paid via my bank debit card. [redacted] gave me six different dates that the work would be completed, and it was not completed, even after the seventh promised date (12 weeks after payment was made.) I was told to pick my car up at 9:00AM. When I arrived to pick it up, [redacted] was working on another vehicle and told me to come back later. He finally "finished" at 7:30PM that evening and demanded that I pay him $1,200 above the agreed upon price. After getting my car back, less than two months later the motor seized. Two mechanics have quoted repairs at $800- $1,100.Desired Settlement: If I am refunded the $1,000, I will disregard all of the incidental costs that were incurred such as gas to travel from Erie to Pittsburgh to come pick up my car on promised dates, hotel stays in Pittsburgh when vehicle was not delivered as promised, insurance for my vehicle during the 12 weeks it took to repair the car, cost of alternate transportation during the 12 weeks [redacted] had my vehicle, etc, etc.
