We had a quote, picked out what we wanted and gave them the jobAfter three emails (all of which were very nice) and a month of zero response my husband emailed this weekHe is in engineering sales, my mother a real estate agent, my father an architect...they would never ever treat clients the way this company doesThis is 100% rude and unacceptable as well as a waste of my time***I am not sure why I didn’t look at the reviews on Facebook but it appears this is a regular business practiceI did look at the Revdex.com and saw a good rating and went with thatI want to make sure other know betterBuyer beware
I had stamped concrete installed by Bobby's Concrete a few months agoAfter about weeks, the concrete started getting cracks in a few locationsMy wife contacted the business owner via text messages with images and he initially responded that it should not be an issueWe started getting more cracks and my wife sent a follow up text with images and the owner did not respondI called the business owner last week and the business owner advised he would come out last week to take a lookHe did not come by later in the week as he indicatedI attempted several times this week to follow up via phone, text , and facebook messenger and the business does not answer calls or respond to text, emails, or facebook messagesI do not understand why the owner will not respond when I call when I spent $11,on the work
