I had stamped concrete installed by Bobby's Concrete a few months ago. After about 5 weeks, the concrete started getting cracks in a few locations. My wife contacted the business owner via text messages with images and he initially responded that it should not be an issue. We started getting more cracks and my wife sent a follow up text with images and the owner did not respond. I called the business owner last week and the business owner advised he would come out last week to take a look. He did not come by later in the week as he indicated. I attempted several times this week to follow up via phone, text , and facebook messenger and the business does not answer calls or respond to text, emails, or facebook messages. I do not understand why the owner will not respond when I call when I spent $11,000 on the work.
