We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the boots you purchased from our storeIt is correct that we exchange and refund items returned within days with receiptHowever, the merchandise should be in resale conditionIt needs to be in its original stateThis policy is not stated on the receipt but it is stated on a sign on a counter by the front door and another by the registerCustomers have more than enough time to try out the merchandise in the comfort of their own homes and determine whether it is comfortable and to their likingThe boots were not damaged or defected in any way and you chose to wear them out for the day in inclement weatherThey are no longer in a resale conditionFor that reason, we regret that we cannot refund the price of this itemWe hope this clarifies our position on this matter and hope you will continue to shop at our stores

Customer has no store credit issued by the store as she claimed on the complaint also she had a receipt of the item she purchase was washes awayThere was no trace of purchase or barcodeThe exchange slip that was written to her to exchange, money back or store creditCustomer came back to the
store a year afterThe sales associate who received the item was not there to prove that he had the carpet or she took it backI was not in the store the day she came and they cannot make a decision on the complaintNext day when I learned of the complaint we had no contact number to reach herShe never visited the store since thenI am sending a copy of the store credit we issue for any item with expire receipt or no receiptIf she has one of these store credit she could come back to redeemIf she don't have any she could forward the document to you or come back to the storeWe will take care of the complaint

It's a lie, there are no postings on the register of returned items list at allWhen I spoke to the *** who was *** decent he never directed me to any signs that were in front of the registerOn the Day I went to return the shoes they had a sign on the return desk but it was not visible to people entering or leaving the storeIts directly on the desk and it is hand written markerAnybody could write up any rules on itNothing that is typed up or with a patent sign from the company was there on return policyI go to a lot of stores *** ***, *** *** ***, on the back of the receipt it tells you the laws of to the store and what is acceptable or notOn the Bobby's DeptStore it just says returnable or exchange with in days nothing elseThey have to honor that 25 day return or exchange rule because that's the message I'm getting from the receipt.

Bobby's Dept Store has corrected the issue on all refurbished itemsAll items that are refurbished has a label marked refurbished for customers to acknowledge before purchaseThank You
