My customer service experience was terrible and i'll tell you why Had an issue with my new Kohler toilet under warranty Set up repair order with Kohler who advises that Bobby's Plumbing in Vero, will call within hrs to set up appointment I live in Melbourne Beach A week later Bobby's calls but will only come out early mornings They refused to make an afternoon appointment I arranged to take off work and made a morning appointment for two weeks later Several days before the scheduled appointment I get a call from Bobby's canceling my appointment because they say they had another job and it required an extra man, so they had nobody to send What this tells me is that first, going to Melbourne beach for a warranty job wasn't worth it except when convenient for them (first thing in the morning) and second, the small warranty job was cancelable if a better job comes up Thirdly, it tells me that customer service for Bobby's Plumbing is only important if job is worth it
